"Good"
A lovely homestay with incredible views of the mountains/volcanos. Owner was very nice, and the house is very nice, if a bit tired. The pool side room has no ac and one is better equipped than the other, but they are comfortable. Great place if you want to get away for total peace and quiet with a view, otherwise not much to do there.

in the middle if the jungle, beautiful views and very cozy decoration and furniture. we loved it! the people working there are kind and caring. they have a scooter rental, and within 10 minutes you are in the middle of the most beautiful ricefields.

The view was absolutely beautiful, with the hotel being literally on the side of a mountain and having a jungle/mountain view. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was a delicious local breakfast, with a few other options like fruit, cereal and pancakes. The hotel also specialises in tea farming and offered workshops in this area.

Amazing experience, outstanding view, great food. It is located in the heart of the forest, in an oasis of privacy and tranquility. The rooms have such a lovely design with traditional furniture, open bathroom experience. Everything was very clean. The sunrise, the sound of birds, clean air, relaxed atmosphere AMAZING WE LOVED IT ! I will have to say that everyone who wrote a review and said the only thing they regret is not spending more time here were absolutely correct.

D'wan was delightful. We had a great time there - the view is tremendous. The separate cottage is not quite as nice as the guest rooms in the main house, but it is very roomy and private.

A fantastic location in the mountains. Very relaxing, set in an amazing tea plantation. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Evening meals are delicious home cooked food at reasonable prices. Staff helped to arrange transport around the area. The tea workshop was brilliant.

Great unique location in the jungle with an amazing view / setting & very friendly and welcoming hosts. A beautiful and well appointed quirky & spacious house with a big open fire that is lit at night for guests. Rooms are comfortable and provide everything required for a nice stay. Great location for trekking the Jatiluwih rice fields & we also enjoyed the tea experience run at the property. Owners very accommodating. Property has a pizza oven & table tennis, cards etc

Our family reunion used three bedrooms and the common spaces for a weekend of connection, games and adventuring. Unseasonal deluge upon arrival our hosts were most accommodating. We used the sauna and pool and fireplace each night. The food was fresh and the facilities full of art and antiques. The Bamboo Forest restaurant is walkable and worth the 200k/pp buffet.

This is a very artistic house, with amazing views of the near-by volcanic mountains. It's a quiet place so bring a book for the sun lounger. The staff prepared an unexpected array of traditional.dishes for dinner which we ate by candle light. They even lit an open fire in the evening. Breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed their own home grown tea and were given a gift of tea when we left. Very nice people.

Love the location, weather, hospitality of staff and great food! The fireplace is such comfort and warmth to gather. Very accommodating staff with lovely cooking and weather was around 20 degrees Celsius or lower, especially during the evening.

Everything about DWan Tea Mountain Side Villa was great. We spent 2 nights here for our anniversary and the hospitality and the property exceeded our expectations. You are greeted with a stunning view of the landscape and then offered some tea from the property. The staff was so courteous and kind and youre able to request for meals on site. The pool and sauna are great additions to this BnB. But nothing beats the view.

Excellent hosts. Beautiful, tranquil location set within a tea plantation. Access via a 200m path from the local temple, the hosts will help with your luggage. We changed dates at the last minute which meant we were staying over Eid (they should have been closed) The host were very gracious inviting us to there Eid celebrations and meals, which were excellent. The rooms were excellent, good size overlooking the pool. Great location for cling Mount Batukaru. Wonderful massage, highly recommended.

We loved staying at Dwan Tea and regret not booking more nights. We felt like staying at our uncle or aunts place but with all the great features of a hotel. The staff was soooo nice and we had so many great conversations together. The room was huge, very luxurious and just amazing furniture and super comfy bed. And the pool and the view....wow!!!! It was an amazing night and morning at Dwan and if we come back to Bali we will definitely stay there again!
